Old Hamer Single Barrel Straight Bourbon

Not sure if it’s with the price point but thought I would give it a try. I drank this neat in a nosing glass very ethanol forward. Pick #2 cornbread and honey 119.6 proof. Wow be careful with this high proof and 3 yr age statement some sweet corn syrup notes maybe some chocolate notes at the front and hot spicy end definitely a big hug as it goes down try it with some water for more. Better out there for less money

Full of earthiness and aromatics, with some light woodiness and caramel. Herbal tea and tobacco dominate at first, settling into an herbal/bakery goods/chocolate aftertaste.
