The nose starts off with charred oak and an interesting blend of earthy rye spice and honey. There are also touches of dried flowers in the background, offering a nice lightness. The palate is gentle with rye spice, pepper and creamy oak that slowly build up. It stays somewhat flat and simple, yet tasty at the same time. It is something to get lost with, something relaxing you can just kill time with. Very nice for a quiet evening. The finish is medium with lingering spice and oak that quickly fades.
