Old Settler

Old Settler reminds me of what an old cowboy, saddling up his horse early in the mornin, spittin chaw, about to go on adventure to find those darned cattle rustlers, would taste like. This ish works hard and plays hard while still passing the vibe check.

Had a perfect flavor of oak with little caramel and a nice smokey drift off at the end 10/10 would highly recommend

Had at the river. Really good. Well balanced. No flavor jumps out.

I had the sour mash. Smooth up front, spicy finish

Very light, not much flavor, simple
