2oz pour, neat. Nose: Initially sweet with hints of fresh baked sugar cookie. After left to breathe for 5 minutes...overwhelming maple and butterscotch. Mouth: Nutty with carmel, pepper and slight oak. Dry but not bitter feel. Finish: Medium to long finish with Citrus and spice. Summary: Complex and uniquely enjoyable flavor. Would definitely recommend, but not sure if I'd keep it in my normal rotation. 3.75 / 5

So one from my first hometown… a nice bourbon as far as body and smoothness. No true distinctive flavors come to the forefront and what I believe to be a little woody on the backside. Seems to be full and rich nonetheless. One I’ll keep around a bit to see if i can unlock this flavor mystery.

Pretty wild ride. On the nose it is sweet with some hints of caramel. On the tongue sweet with an oily mouth feel, a little ethanol, and some oak. Finish carrying the ethanol a little bit that fades into a sweet vanilla. You get a pretty good hit from all the blends.
