About this bottle
Following an initial limited edition release in 2020, Kentucky Peerless has added this Absinthe Finished Rye to its portfolio in October 2022. The rye is exposed to two separate casks to allow for two full barrel extractions. Bottled without chill-filtration at barrel strength.
