This limited edition bourbon from Penelope is a blend of straight bourbons made from four mash bills, resulting in a combined mash bill of 70% corn, 23% rye, 5% malted barley, and 2% malted rye. It is bottled at barrel strength without chill-filtration. At a minimum of seven years old, this release carries both a higher age statement and proof than previous offerings. Bottled at 115.2 proof (57.6% ABV), just 13,000 six-pack cases will be available in select markets beginning February 2026. (SRP $59.99)
