First released in 2022 as part of Penelope’s limited-edition Cooper Series, this straight rye returns finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. The age has increased with each batch, with the 2025 release now carrying a 9 year age statement. Bottled at 104 proof, it will be available beginning July 2025.

So good. Grapes really shine on the front palate with great sweet acidity that gives ways to a hint of traditional rye whiskey. Finish is nice too. At 9 years, I wouldn't expect anything less.
