Simply put, this is Maker's Mark 46 but done even better. It's creamy, it's sweet, it's oaky, it's wonderful. The nose gives me something that reminds me of like... Almost slightly beef jerky-ish? before the oak takes over. Very interesting, but I like it a lot. If there's any part of you that enjoys oak in your bourbon, do yourself a favor and pick this up immediately. It's great.

Nose: sweet, vanilla bean Palate: very oaky, but in a good way, balanced Finish: warm Overall: great pour, very unique flavor as its very oaky and sweet but not off putting
This was solid, balanced. Assuming the most recent Build as I never checked specifically (104 Proof). Good vanilla intertwined with cherry, walnut, vanilla, and floral spice.
Tastes young with some rubbery cinnamon. I was expecting more from this as my first Penelope bottle. I should have chosen the barrel proof four grain or toasted
An absolute flavor bomb. Sweet on the palate with notes of cherry back hand has a smooth finish and a nice linger. A fantastic pour.
This grew on me each time i drank it. Initially i was homhum on it but in blinds it surprised. Damn good MGP juice.
