Penelope Architect Build No. 7

2nd pour off this bottle. Nose is fruity with some toast coming through. Very forward with toast on the first sip, after that the toast is more muted giving way to the fruitiness from the nose. After drinking a bit the baseline bourbon carmel comes back into the picture. Likely it might open up a bit with some water and/or cube. By the time the glencairn is finished I can hardly find the toasted notes. The finish is short medium length backed with the stone fruitiness.

Sweeter on thr front slightly carmel, hotter spice in the middle, overal very oakey, slightly toasted
