Penelope Architect Series Private Build

This bourbon smells of sweetness, a soda-like syrupyness. It is a tasteful and spicy drinker. Even at 110 proof, it is not distant from smooth. The oakiness and overall sweetness is pleasant. This is fantastic whiskey. My bottle was a store pick for Bourbon Street.

#23-11112 Intense Staves. Charred fruits and butter nose. Viscous. Pound cake, muddled red fruit, charred oak, bakers chocolate. Moderate oak finish.

I've been looking for this for a while, not sure if it's the right one. Stronger and spicier than I remember but still sweet and good.

Build 3461. Kind of reminds me of a wheated bourbon
