Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon (Batch 16)

On the nose there is chocolate, oak, olive (yes olive). First sip offers a great blend of high proof spice and subtle chocolate, cherry, leather, and char. Ice calms some of the spicy up front but the heat still remians on the finish which is pleasant. This is a great offering from Penelope and probably my favorite.

Honestly this was the last taste of the night and im not in the spot to properly rate things. Didnt like this one though

Sweet on the nose. Little proofy, but an absolute peanut bomb on the palette
