Havana is one part of the brand's annual Cooper Series of cask finishes. Here, their flagship 4 year-old four grain bourbon gets two finishes. The first finish is for 12 months in Caribbean rum casks. The second finish is one month in maple syrup casks which originally held Penelope Bourbon. Nose: vanilla, maple syrup, run, sweet Palate: rich and sweet, syrup. Very sweet but not over done. Finish : medium short and sweet For somthing different it is very good and well done
Very sweet and light but a lot of burn at first. A little thicker of a sweetness like maple syrup. I really enjoy this but it’s definitely a little offensive. Too hot for the proof.
What a fantastic whiskey. Starts with nice sweet vanilla forward notes, and then goes heavy on that maple syrup, but not in syrupy way, but in flavor. So much fun!

Good pairing of the maple and the bourbon, balanced out by the spice of the rum but almost too sweet.
Very interesting finish, not as sweet as Rio, but still quite tasty and it goes down quite easy
