[Spring 2023 Release / Batch #23-1028 / Char #3 / Toast Heavy / 56% ABV / Aged 4 Years] Itis a very good, cask strength, 4 Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky crafted with a mash bill of Corn, Wheat, Rye & Malted Barley; aged to maturity in new American oak barrels for about 4 years & then finished in a freshly toasted barrel with a unique char & toast level. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of brown sugar & honey; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of oak, nutmeg & campfire. [Barrel 3346] It is crafted with a different mash bill of Corn, Wheat, Rye & Malted Barley. After being aged to maturity in New American oak barrels, about 4 to 6 years. Each bourbon is then finished in a new, freshly toasted barrel with a unique char & toast level. It is an intense, 4 Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has an aromatic birth with notes of nail polish remover, wood, spice, grain & fruit; while a bold life adds notes of oak, cereal grain & stone fruit; that led to a tongue depressor death of medium length.
