This is the first Omega release in Penelope's Estate Collection. The bottling begins as a straight bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) aged 11 years. It's then finished in French oak Omega barrels from Radoux Cooperage for an additional year. These rare barrels have a tight grain and are specially toasted. Bottled at 109.8 proof, there are 1,800 cases (6-in) available at select retailers beginning September 2025. (SRP $129.99)

Had a couple pours from a buddy, geeat proof at 108, drinks smooth with a lil heat mid palate. Still has your classic bourbon notes and baked good sweet bread with a little heat at the end. Shouldnof bought a bottle when i saw it. Must buy
Wish i bottle another bottle. Hard to find but the perfect proof and flavors burst through. Opens up more as you pour the second
Not much on palate, besides oak. Expected more.
