This Private Select bottling consists of a blend of straight bourbons aged 10 years with a resulting mash bill recipe of 74% corn, 20% rye, 1% wheat, and 5% malted barley. Bottled at 106.8 proof, there are 6,900 6-pack cases available nationwide beginning September 2025. (SRP $79.99)

The flavor on this bourbon is solid, it's on par for a bottle you could get at half the price. But the mouth feel/texture is amazing. It's full but not too syrup-y, pretty smooth and creamy, with a bit of spice on the palate. Incredibly pleasant sipper
Nose: oak, rich, tobacco leather Palate: creamy vanilla, caramel, oak, a little nutty Finish: medium long witha nice little toungue burn Soild bourbon but not the best at the price. 8.25/10
Another phenomenal Penelope Estate! Nose - toasted oak, vanilla, cherry Palate - graham cracker, brown sugar, leather Finish - nice, but could be longer!
