Blind - 3.5 - Very sweet vanilla to start but tapers off quickly into some spices and almost an earthy taste. Not much bite at the end. Sweet to start off (brown sugar) but tapers off quickly into some spice and dry fruit (very earthy profile). Dry with not much bite at the end. Once pointed out, definitely see how it’s aged in a sherry barrel.
