Nose is the strongest sweet smell for a bourbon Ive ever smelled. Smells like a cinnamon crunch bagel or like a cinnamon roll. Big honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, blonde coffee, and sweet bakery notes. Theres a tangy honey cream cheese smell that follows to bring some balance. Taste like some toasted cinnamon toast crunch, but sweeter, with the complexity that honey and molasses brings. Honey cream cheese comes thru on palate as well. Flavor tastes exactly like carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, minus the carots. Finishes super smooth, with some nice woody, baking spice notes. It is super desserty, has deep and complex sweet cinnamon oak, and bakery goods flavor. My favorite flavor profile that I have ever had.

This is the love child of a cinnamon roll and oatmeal creampie. Nose: cinnamon roll Palate: cinnamon roll and oatmeal creampie finish: oatmeal creampie You will either love or hate this. First pour was heavy on the cinnamon and light on the sweetness. Thought I mistakenly poured some Fireball at first. After letting it open up I can say Im a fan but wont buy it again due to price point. Definitely fun to have and share.

NOSE - SWEET, Loads of raisin and a super sticky and warm cinnamon roll, fresh baked. An addicting nose. PALATE - A lot of the nose follows through. All cinnamon roll with some raisins man this is as on the nose as it gets for not being flavored or finished. Some cinnamon and vanilla are there. FINISH - Some cinnamon vanilla oak and leather is there and all soft. Very nice dessert bourbon.

Nose: cinnamon and sugar, cream. WOW Body: sweet cinnamon and sugar. flan. this is dessert. got good cinnamon spice to it. Finish: its literally dessert. good spice finish. i love this dude probably the coolest/most unique bourbon ive tried. the two finishes work great together to make this experience incredible.

Nose: incredible nose with notes of cinnamon, honey, toasted oak, and caramel. Literally smells like a cinnamon bagel topped with honey cream cheese smeared on it. Palate: extremely desserty and velvety with notes of cream cheese icing, honey, cinnamon, baking spice, and salted caramel. Very long finish.

This is one of the best, if not the best bourbon ive had. Rich flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and honey. Its like a bourbon Cinnabon, but so much better. Amazing!
