About this bottle
There are two single barrel offerings in Penelope's 2025 Estate Collection. Each are 10 year-old straight bourbon expressions, but there are two different mash bill recipes and proofs released: Single Barrel 21% (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) bottled at 99 proof and Single Barrel 36% (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley) bottled at 103 proof.
