Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Bourbon Char 3, Heavy Toast (SLB Drinks Barrel Pick)

This has opened up a ton since i opened it up 7 months ago. Was harsh in ethenol and spice o erpowering everything. Now it os much sweeter with a nice spice on the mid palate. Wow, what a difference.

Opened up and initial high ethenol and sharp bite has subdued significantly over time.
