Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Bourbon (O'Darby's Liquor Barn - The Last Suitor)

Neat - Starting off, literally zero smell on the nose. A lot more sweetness but an odd taste in there I can’t place (maybe leather and something weird). Spice lingers a little bit but nothing crazy. Distinct but that doesn’t make it better.
