Nose: peanut brittle immediately hits the nose. Earthy grassy notes, some vanilla Palette: honey roasted peanuts up front, veey nutty. Some fruity flavors with a sweetness, slight herbal tone. Smoky char on the finish, hints of rye dill, more nutty and tannins in the finish, medium long finish.

Nose: toffee or caramel, butterscotch, brown sugar, dried fruit or raisins and vanilla. Taste: spice, dried fruit or raisins, bit of oak, creamy or buttery, bit of sweetness
