High proof brings sugar and vanilla, apple, almost a single malt profile in depth, grass, toast, nutty finish that is medium in length, fades to brown sugar A bigger sip shows dill and spearmint as well. 11.23.22 retaste More grain forward now, still sweet with vanilla and candy apple. Water brings out more of the rye spice.
