Tried neat with @cmassey @Looneyhead in NOLA at bourbon house. On the nares I get sweet vanilla, Godiva. On the palate it is smooth with notes of vanilla and caramel

Nose: caramel, figs, cinnamon, crème brûlée and corn. Strong cinnamon on the palate, oaky with caramel, vanilla and toffee.
