Nose : Dark and brooding. Dark cherries, rustic oak, sherry, red grape skins, vanilla, caramel and candied orange slices. Palate : Again its dark but quite slick and refined yet with a latent punch, nuts, sherry, chocolate, dark cherries and some baking spices. Finish: Dark cherries, spicy, latent heat, hints of chocolate and orange. I need to find another bottle!
