This is one of six limited edition rum bottlings for Plantation Rum for its "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2. Featuring a local marine animal on the packaging, each of the rums are distilled and aged in their country of origin and then further aged in southwest France — the signature double aging for the brand. This Barbados 2013 vintage bottling was made from a blend of rums distilled in both column and pot stills at West Indies Rum Distillery. The rums were initially aged for 8 years before being transferred to France for an additional year of aging. Both a green sea turtle and a flying fish are featured on the label. Only 20 casks were produced. Availability begins in the US in May 2023. (SRP $80)
