Nose: coconut, very ripe pineapple / banana, wood, spices (nutmeg, mace, clove) Palate: fresh, alcohol bite, ripe fruit, a bit smokey Finish: short finish, spicy pepper, ripe fruit, smokey wood Very fruity and solid sipping rum for the price

Not a 100% match for me but giving 4stars for the clear passion and love between the cognac and rum here. A whirlwind romance that’ll sweep you right up.

What you smell is what you get. A simple but balanced rum with lots of coconut sweetness.
