Plantation Rum acquires high end rums from all over the world, then transports them to France for additional finishing in Cognac casks. This particular expression was distilled in 1999 in Barbados. Although no age statement is provided, sources indicate it’s a minimum of seven years. No distillery is listed, but it’s highly likely that it comes from either the West Indies Rum Distillery (home of Cockspur) or Foursquare.
