An intense, second batch of Port Charlotte peated single malt from Bruichladdich distillery bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Again, the label features Phenol, O-Cresol, M-Cresol, P-Cresol & Guaiacol molecules that make up the phenolic compounds in peated whisky! It has an aromatic birth with notes of soot, golden barley, a hint of tiger balm. citrus & sea air; while a rich life adds notes of lemon curd, char, rich peat, gooseberry, more barley, hints of a slightly vegetal, savory twang; that led to a long death with notes of peaty oak & sweet cereal.
