About this bottle
This limited edition is the 6th release in Bruichladdich's Port Charlotte Cask Exploration series. It was distilled from heavily peated Scottish Concerto barley (40 PPM) in 2013 and aged for a total minimum 9 years: 4 years of which were spent in first-fill ex-bourbon American oak casks; 5 years in ex-Pomerol Bordeaux red wine casks. It was bottled non-chill filtered in 2022 at 54.5% ABV.
