Mostly neutral nose with mild sweet floral notes, a starting neutral body, gradually growing in mild sweetness, hints of toasted grains and floral honey, with a slowly growing pleasant burn, a silky smooth viscous mouthfeel, with a smooth clean light burn finish. Tasted chilled in a sampler glass.
About this bottle
Prairie Organic Vodka is distilled from non-GMO organic corn sourced from farmers in Minnesota. After harvest, the corn is brought to a co-op farm where the corn is milled, mashed, and fermented. This fermented mash is then taken to the Prairie distillery where it is column-distilled.

I’m pretty indifferent to vodka although I like Titos in a Bloody Mary. I tasted this recently at a local market and bought a bottle. I like this straight with an ice cube. It’s got a pleasant corn/grainy flavor and smooth finish. It’s almost too nice to mix.
smooth mouthfeel & moderately sweet flavor, with a hint of spice, and a slight burn on the exit to remind you that it's alcohol. it goes so well with tonic that if they wanted to make a ready-made cocktail, that would be the smart move!
I don't drink vodka neat other than for reviewing and comparison purposes, but this is the closest in my limited vodka drinking experience to being nice on its own. Soft, floral, clean tasting.
A vodka with real character. A pleasantly sweet, nutty and moonshiny corn flavor. I really like this stuff. Mostly I’m a Tito’s guy but this vodka works well straight or as a mixer.
Medicinal and metallic. Strong ethanol taste. Undrinkable
