The nose on this is pretty awesome and made my mouth water (strawberry bubble gum, butterscotch, vanilla, and oak). When drinking, the bourbon hits your mouth with a pumch of sweetness and trastes just like it smells. Then….it QUICKLY devolves to minerals and a pithy medicinal finish (The rye??) thats not pleasent. This is an ambitious swing that cleared the wall … but went foul. If this company straightens it out, they can be heavy hitters 🤞🏼
