About this bottle
This pür spirits product is the result of a collaboration between Master Distiller Franz Xaver Salzgeber and a Bavarian brewery. The Autenrieder Schloss Brewery supplies the Bock-style malted beer that's then distilled, aged, and flavored with Hallertauer and Spalter Select hops. The whisky ages for about 2 years, first in bourbon barrels followed by a finishing in vintage casks of chestnut wood previously used to mature grappa. It's cut to 42% ABV using alpine spring water and bottled without chill-filtration or added color.
