A crisp, organic, gluten free, London Dry Gin by Master Distiller Stefan Magnusson for Purity Distillery in Sweden crafted with estate grown winter wheat & barley, slow distilled 34 times in a proprietary copper still at 13th century Ellinge Castle. The maceration of juniper, thyme, basil, blueberry, lingonberry, coriander, lavender, cardamom & angelica. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, herbs & spices; while a slightly creamy life adding notes of citrus & herbs; that led to a dry & silky death of medium length. January 2024
