About this bottle

Purity Nordic Old Tom Organic Gin is made using the brand's Ultra 34 Premium Vodka--a winter wheat and malted barley neutral base--to start. It differs from the Nordic Dry Gin in that organic sugar is added. Otherwise, the botanicals are the same: juniper, coriander, lavender, cardamom, angelica root, basil, thyme, lingonberry, and European blueberry. Bottled at 43% ABV.

An intense 'unfiltered, organic Gin by Thomas Kuuttanen for Purity Distillery in Sweden crafted with juniper, coriander, lavender, cardamom, angelica root, basil, thyme, lingonberry, European blueberry & organic sugarcane; that is slow distilled 34 times in a proprietary copper still at the 13th century Ellinge Castle before being bottled at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Nordic berries, herbs & spices; while a crisp & bold life leads to a creamy death of medium length. June 2022 / January 2024
