Ransom Bourbon

Nose: caramel Palate: sweet up front, honey, maybe some pear. Thin. Finish: some spice, short Good to try something new (at least for me). Nothing to complain about, easy sipper, but not anything I would go hunt for.

Live oak, allspice, candied ginger, and caramel nose. Soft but decently coating. Bark char, spiced toffee, whole grain bread. Quick, dry, youthful oak finish. Great price point and solid, easy drinking shelfer.

Easy yet not flat and balanced for a wide variety of palettes.
