Ransom, Rye, Barley, Wheat

Pleasant whiskey, some spice, more sweet grain and oatmeal, a little vanilla oak on the finish. Felt muddled in flavor. Good, but maybe not at that price.

Sweet and bitey, like a good woman. But it has an odd note of fruit (like dried cherries?) that leaves a mediocre aftertaste.

Smells of chocolate, cherry, blackberry, and corn.qtastes like chocolate, berries, wine, and definitely boozy.

Grappa and grains nose. Soft. Ricola cough drops, dates, nougat, charred grains. Moderate finish.

Winey. A lot of barrel. Some sweetness, fruitiness, little grain or burn.
