Sinkers Wine & Spirits 118.2: nose is smores, rich mahogony, leather, dark chocolate. One of the best noses I've experienced in a while. On the palate I get a rich mouthfeel, with notes of cinammon, caramel, and spice, with a suprisingly hot palate that includes hints of citrus and oak. Good, but did not live up to the nose (4.25/5) Red Dog KRY 117.98: nose is vanilla, oak, chocolate, and light plum notes. On the palate I get fudge immediately, followed by oak, sweet cereal, and floral notes. Finish is pleasant, more fruit, cognac, and mint. (4/5) Red Dog Rum Cask 118.48: nose is molasses, caramel, and maple. Caramel bomb on the palate, notes of butterscotch and peanut as well. Long smooth finish with hints of cinammon and peanuts. (4.25/5) Red Sog IRT 117.66: nose is a little musty, with notes of maple and cigar box. That continues on the palate, with additional notes of cognac and fig. Finish is short, very dry tannic oak, not my favorite finish of the bunch (3.75/5) Red Dog White Port 110.82: nose is a bit one dimensional, I got straight oak. Palate is more oak, but very rich and viscous. Also get hints of dark fruit. Trnasitioning to the finish, the white port shines through in a pleasant subtle way, along with hot tamale. (4/5) Bourbon Pursuit 121.68: nose is peach, orange and floral notes. On the palate I get caramel, more floral notes, and subtle oak. The finish is disappointing, cinammon and a bit of dill. High hopes for this one and it disappointed compared to the rest, which were all good in their own way. This one was mediocre at best. (3.75/5) Party Source Amburana Finish: cinammon toast crunch, raisin, cherry. Very good! (4.5/5)

***CORONA CIGAR TAMPA PICK*** Nose - Smoky cinnamon roll. Lots of bakery scents along with some of that spicy rye nose that gives it a smoky ash scent. Palate - It smells exactly how it tastes. So smoky with some of that light sweetness from a cinnamon roll. Got alot of rye spice that is followed by cinnamon and pepper spice. An interesting ethanol is coming through and I cant tell if I like it or not. Finish - More cinnamon and light sweetness. Smokiness overpowers a lot of it. Some **** here and there but nothing too hot.
Colorado single barrel. Indiana juice Nose: strong nutty nose, burnt caramel, marshmallow fluff, rye spice Palette: sweet corn, chicory, peppermint, you can feel the proof if 111.74, some green apple on the back end, cinnamon and oak, Water birngs oot some fruit flavors, licorice, raisins, some toast, finish is long and fruity
JIT 071 - Charleston Bourbon Pick - Definitely feel the Kentucky hug with that proof but it’s got a significant amount of sweetness that makes it enjoyable. A solid oak finish as the spices die down. Not enough flavor outside of that for me to love it but glad I got it!
