Rare Character Single Barrel Series: Chicagoland Whiskey, Cask Strength Rye (2022)

Not the right one. High Rye store pick 118.94 proof Sample - Very light to start but lingers. Doesn’t taste high proof. No real defining characteristics but very drinkable. Very beginning bourbon. Almost an oak Irish whiskey. Sampling Again - I was way wrong. Definitely get the proof but it is very oaky that lingers but no other characteristics. Kinda dont hate it.
