Nose: sweet and nutty, graham cracker, subtle chocolate Palette: sweet mint candy, lots of flavor, hints of baking spices but more nutty, the back end has chocolate mint, tannins starts to build and coat the tongue, can not tell its is 0.4 proof from hazmat. There are hints of raisin, some cinnamon, earthy tones in the long finish
