Rational Spirits based in Charleston, South Carolina has teamed up with Bryan Davis from Lost Spirits. Bryan has partnered with them as their Consulting Master Distiller. This Cuban-Inspired Rum is the second generation of the Lost Spirits version. This one is bottled at 141-proof and uses reactor technology in its "flash aging" process. In this case, virgin American oak is used. The rum is meant to emulate pot-distilled rums of pre-revolution Cuba.
