Rebel Distillers Collection (Binny's Single Barrel Select)

I really like this pour. It drinks way under it proof. Nice and smooth. A hint of wood, mostly vanilla. Maybe some fruit and just a hint of pepper at the end.

Citrus and baking spice on the nose. Caramel, apple almost nutty on the palate. Slight heat on the finish but not bad.
