A Small Batch Barrel Aged Rum by Red Hare Brewing & Distilling in Marietta, Georgia crafted by aging their White Rum in freshly dumped Bourbon barrels before being bottled at 42% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of sugarcane, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; whie a rich life adds notes of candied apples, caramel & honeyed graham crackers; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, brown sugar & toasted almonds.
