About this bottle
Bayou Rum XO Mardi Gras Edition is a limited edition release for the brand launched in time for Mardi Gras 2019. This rum aged in bourbon and sherry casks for six years "using the solera method." Like all Bayou Rum releases, this one used sugarcane grown on a single-estate in southern Louisiana.
