This is a very different taste with an interesting story. The distillery tasting room is quaint and the staff are always happy to talk about their rum or anything else. They recently released a gin that turned out really great as well.

Found this on BigFish's website. Blend of Spanish and British rums. Very versatile for tiki cocktails, but I also enjoyed it over rocks. Excellent nose, tasting notes of vanilla and apricot with a warm lingering finish.
Wonderful complexity on the nose as you would expect from such disparate origins. Expertly blended for a spicy, fruity, slightly funky tasting experience. Excellent rum and Go Tribe!
Surprising find. Very flavorful but not overly sweet, which was nice. Had neat with a cube and very much enjoyed sipping away. Distillery out of Virginia.
If you like bourbon, you'll live this rum. Nice wood, oaky, floral ripe and pleasant with a wonderful aftertaste
