Ah, muted but familiar rye nose, slightly herbal, MGP. Black tea and Pepsi on the palate, then a burst of dill that lingers. Smooth for the proof. Ends with charred wood and bitterness. Great on profile bottling. 9/2/19

Aged 7 years, this straight rye has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. As many as 10 barrels at a time are used to batch it. The whiskey is sourced from the Old Seagram's Distillery (a.k.a. LDI, a.k.a. MGP Indiana).
