Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey 101 Proof

Initially i enjoyed every redwood product except the 90 prof pipe dream. Skeptical but tried the 101 and wow its great. I dont automatically assume added proof will improve my experience (ie highest proof ECBP typcially not the best ones) but in this case it did.

The nose on this is awesome. Vanilla bean and thick caramel kinda like a root beer candy! Palate gives nutmeg and oak spice then a spicy medium finish. This is the best Redwood Empire I have bad!

Neat: Fruity, vanilla, caramel, hot alcohol, cacoa. Nice
