Definitely young and spicy. But after sitting in glass for a bit it toned down a bit. Good flavors - caramel, maple, vanilla. Medium length finish. Not worth the price but I’m happy to have it.
So this is aged for two years in bourbon barrels and the 12 months in rum cask. Overall a young bourbon but still taste. it is a small distillery.
