On the nose I pick up ethanol and marshmallows. You find that ethanol on the first sip with a bit more bite than you expect from something at this proof. There's a bit of sweet spice and toasted marshmallows. The finish is short. It reminds me alot of Nulu, pretty young and somewhat underdeveloped.
Good flavor and happy to have a distillery in the neighborhood. Rating a little lower because it's a little on the watered down side for me at 87P
The alcohol really takes over the other tasting notes. I lot of bananna and cloves… some harshness. Needs some more barrel time…
Boring. I don't taste much outside of the alcohol
