Bottle 108, 62.1% ABV. Short lasting carmel, hints of vanilla, then Waves if heavy oak, char, cherry wood, and dashes of brown sugar. The finish is a bit hot but has alot of baking spice and oak near the finish. Texas whiskey is a bit hit or miss for me alot of the time but this one was pretty great for the price (46 with my case pricing). for a single barrel of that proof i was pleasantly suprised. And even more surprisingly i think it shines greatly on ice. im not ashamed to support a distillery in texas that uses an ryeless mashbill. Got lovers of sll things wheat

Smell: char, smoke, sweet Taste: char, oaky, smokey, sweet Finish: medium, long char finish Runs a bit hot and there is quite a bit char (to be expected of texas bourbon). However, it does have sweetness as well. My first bottle of thos was a banger, however, this bottle is aged 8 more months and the boyrbon has picked up a bit too much from the barrel. However, i like what they are doing and like I said, the first bottle was a banger - will revisit on next release. Note: age is 32 months
Flowers, honeysuckle, molasses, caramel, brown sugar, black cherries. Delicious.
