River Hill 100 Bourbon Whiskey

Aroma is light corn, smoke, and a touch of vanilla. Fitbit is corn up front, with a touch of atmosphere, smoke and charcoal. I think I prefer the bourbon over this, but still tasty, especially for the brief aging.

It’s young but its a very interesting interesting whiskey. It could use some more age. Caramel notes on the nose and perhaps some popcorn. Some lilac notes as well.
